What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cards, Venmo, and Checks. Whichever method you will decide, we are fine with it.
Payments are accepted after the detail is completed and the vehicle is checked by the customer.
If you have to leave for any reason, then you can pay on the spot, or we can send you an online invoice.
Is there a mobile fee?
We don't have any fee for the mobile appointments if it's within 20 miles radius of where we are based (Boones Creek area).
If you are further than 20 miles, there will be a travel fee of $0.5 for a mile. If the ticket is higher than $300 there won’t be any additional fees.
Can you detail my car at my job or apartment?
It depends - we don’t want to get anybody in trouble, us included. If in your lease agreement, it is stated that you cannot wash the car on the apartment's property - then we can’t. But we are more than happy to find the closest available spot to make it happen!
The same rule is applied for detailing at your place of work - if the management is okay with us washing your car, then we are ready to go!
